Born Casey Luong in Sugarland, Texas, keshi built his career on emotional vulnerability in his music, blending pop, R&B, lo-fi, and hip hop. His debut album, *GABRIEL*, hit 3.1 billion streams and led to multiple tours and viral singles.*Requiem* marks a pivotal moment, showcasing his growth from rookie to established artist. Returning to Texas, he created the album in his home studio with friends, aiming for a varied, timeless record. The 13 songs span genres from Y2K pop to country and explore themes like mortality and heartbreak. Despite serious themes, tracks like "Night" and "Say" bring a fun energy.
