Auslan Stage Left provide quality-theatre trained Auslan interpreters to ensure our shows are an immersive, engaging and accessible arts experience.
Head to Auslan Stage Left's website to see which upcoming shows have available interpreters. For shows with available Auslan interpreters, there is a specific designated area available for purchase for patrons who require a clear view of the Auslan interpreters. This area is usually located near the stage.

ACCESSIBLE TICKETS
Providing an inclusive and accessible experience for all fans is a priority for Live Nation. Accessible tickets are available at all our shows. We suggest contacting the ticketing agent via the links below for the show you would like to attend as tickets must be bought directly through the agent.

Accessible tickets could include the below, but please note that seating options will be dependent on venue, ticketing agent and show.
Wheelchair Accessible (No Seat): A seat that is directly next to a Wheelchair Accessible space, that can be obtained as a Companion Card ticket, or sold as paid admission.
Wheelchair Accessible (With Seat): A Wheelchair Accessible space, is a location which is wheelchair accessible because (a) the seat has been removed from that location to accommodate a wheelchair; or (b) the location is permanently a dedicated wheelchair space. A customer who purchases a Wheelchair Accessible seat will remain in their wheelchair for the duration of the event.
Companion Card: A Companion Card is a card issued to people with a significant, permanent disability. Patrons holding a valid Companion Card are eligible for a complimentary Companion Card Ticket.
Easy Access: Easy Access Accessible Tickets are available for patrons with limited or restricted mobility, or who have accessibility needs but do not require a wheelchair location. These seating locations are typically accessible via 3 stairs or less, and may be located close to amenities such as toilets and the venue entry/exit.
Hearing Loop: A Hearing Loop Ticket is available in selected venues for use by patrons with a hearing impairment, using hearing aids to access a hearing loop system.
Vision Impaired: A Vision Impaired Ticket is available in selected venues for use by patrons with a visual impairment.
Auslan seating: For shows with available Auslan interpreters, there is a specific designated area available for purchase for patrons who require a clear view of the Auslan interpreters. This area is usually located near the stage. To request Auslan please email accessibility.aunz@livenation.com.au

HIDDEN DISABILITIES SUNFLOWER
The Hidden Disabilities Sunflower lanyard is a simple tool for you to share that you have a hidden disability voluntarily. By wearing the Sunflower, you’re just letting us and show-goers know that you might need extra help, understanding, or just more time.
Wearing the lanyard can also help let staff know that you may require access to the dedicated viewing platform and sensory/quiet rooms. Please check before the show if the venue has this available and ask staff for assistance when you arrive.

Can I purchase an accessible VIP experience?
Can I purchase an accessible VIP experience?
Absolutely! VIP accessible experiences can be purchased two ways.
You can either purchase via the standard locate the correct number.
Or, you can purchase a regular VIP ticket and email us at vip@livenation.com.au as soon as possible before the show so our VIP team can accomodate any accessibility requirements.

Of course! Once you're signed up to access pre-sale tickets, please contact the designated ticketing agent ahead of ticket release to organise your accessible ticket purchase.
I have a companion card, how does this work?
I have a companion card, how does this work?
Holders of a National or State issued Companion Card may request a companion ticket equivalent to the ticket type held by the Companion Card holder.
Upon approval of request, the ticketing agent will issue Companions a complimentary ticket to the event to accompany a person with a disability. Please get in touch with them to organise this directly.
