Ray O'Leary 'Laughter?' I Hardly Know Her!
Friday
Find Tickets
Ray O’Leary (Taskmaster, Have You Been Paying Attention?) pulled a man from a wrecked car and as the man lay dying, he used his last ounce of strength to ask Ray (Best Show Nominee at the 2024 Melbourne International Comedy Festival) to tell his children that he loved them. And Ray (who sold out tours to Melbourne, Edinburgh, and more) will get around to it, but first, he has to do this comedy show.

"This is the official bio for my brand new show You Paid for This. Not to be confused with any of the fakes ones out there. I had to write this bio myself, which really threw my morning plans. I thought coming up with the title was the hard part, but writing a 150 word biography about a comedy show I haven’t performed yet is really hard. It’s called You Paid for This, and yes, I’m aware you likely haven’t actually paid yet. It’s what we call in the biz “presumptive selling”. A bold, but risky move. The show does what the title suggests, presuming you buy a ticket. I can’t promise much beyond an hour of jokes, sponsored by you. You haven’t paid yet, but we both know it’s only a matter of time. See you there!
