About Usher


USHER has changed music, culture, and countless lives. The multiple GRAMMY Award-winning diamond-selling international megastar, actor, dancer, entrepreneur, and philanthropist inspires change yet again.

Beyond selling over 80 million records worldwide and collecting dozens of awards, he has simultaneously lit up the small screen on NBC’s The Voice and the big screen in blockbusters such as Hustlers. Accessible tickets for Usher at Rod Laver Arena Melbourne will be available via the Ticketek website during all ticket onsales, including presales. A dedicated support line will also be in place to assist fans throughout the process.

Rod Laver has partnered with Kulture City to enhance their ability to assist and accommodate guests with sensory needs.  

While there are no dedicated sensory rooms available, RLA offer sensory bags, fidget tools, noise-cancelling headphones, and other resources for loan at no costs. These items can be collected at the Information Desk inside Gate 4.

Accessible parking is available at Rod Laver Arena, located at the front of John Cain Arena (Olympic Boulevard). Accessible parking can be pre-booked through Ticketek for Melbourne Park car spaces – click here to pre-book.  

Guests with accessibility requirements can be dropped off or picked up at the Northern Car Park (Entrance A, Batman Avenue) or Eastern Plaza Car Park (Entrance D, Olympic Boulevard).

Sensory and quiet rooms are available at Qudos Bank Arena. Upon arrival, please visit the Information Desk in the Grand Foyer (Entry A) to request assistance from the Sensory and Accessibility supervisor.  

The sensory room is located on Level 1, adjacent to Door 21 (near Lift 7).  

Accessible parking is available at Qudos Bank Arena and can be purchased via the Sydney Olympic Park (SOPA) website for all precinct parking – click here to pre-book. 

Additional accessible on-street parking is available on Showground Road, Herb Elliott Avenue and Dawn Fraser Avenue West.
